After dealing with other estate agents before coming across the house we have gone for, I can't praise both Chris and Sarah enough, first off with Chris I was booked in to view a property with him early afternoon and from this he managed to get me in to view 2 more the same day and ended up with one of those houses, he was very professional and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. After the viewings I was in contact with Sarah in the office and again nothing seemed like too much trouble kept me up to date with all things from referencing status to when we could sign the papers for our new house. We collected our keys today and went round to see our new home again, there we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some chocolates from them, it's restored my faith in Estate agents and in future I'd be more likely to go with the smaller companies as it seems to be more personal touches.
